This book is based on the energy medicine called the Art of Jin Shin. The author describes the practice as being similar to acupuncture without needles. She does an excellent job explaining this concept and the book would be perfect if there was a diagram for the safety energy locations (SELs).

 

I am always on the hunt for books that will make me feel better holistically. I am amazed at this type of energy work and surprised I have not come across it before now. I did all the exercises in the book and can see this becoming a part of my daily routine. If you are looking for different ways of self-care, this is a wonderful place to start.
