Matthew Venn is the newest character from the author of Vera Stanhope and Shetland Island. The story has a steady pace, and the characters are developed. It is written in third person point of view. The book is the first in a series. I look forward to the rest in the series. If you like Ann’s other series, you will not be disappointed with this one.
