In the first third of the book, the author describes karma and its effects. Although the information seems technical, he writes in a way that is easy to understand. He talks about the body having bands of memory some are temporary, and some connect to the aura or chakras. I like how he groups past lives, the spiritual blueprint, and soul level together.  Also included are the seven rays. The rest of the book has detailed information and photos for over thirty crystals and stones. Some of the crystals and stones mentioned in the book were new to me. If you are someone that works with healing and/or crystals, this would be a good book to read.
