The poems are divided into the following sections:

- Three: The Duel – A Masque

- Five: The Harrowing of Heaven, Three Salt Sonnets to an Incidental Lover, The Undead – A Pentode of Seasons, Depth Perception, The Hallowing of Hell
The poems in this book are powerful. They are written from a Jewish woman’s perspective. They are deep and I had to read several of them a few times to get their meanings. There are many references to feminists and women’s issues.
