Who knew that the day of the week you were born would be important throughout your life? After reading this book, I looked up my information then followed up with my husband and son. Since we are each born on different days (Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday respectively) I made a chart with our information. What I discovered was amazing. We really do have weekly cycles. The author does a wonderful job explaining the information in the book. It is presented in an easy to understand and follow format. Now that I have all this knowledge, I can arrange our days according to our cycles and try to have calmer and healthier lives.
