This book is designed for people without any clairvoyant experience. Everyone has the ability, and this book gives the guidance needed to develop the skills. I love her description of using alphabet cereal and soup to answer clairvoyant questions.
There are a number of exercises to perform. Each one uses a different technique to tap into your intuition by observing and visualizing. She recommends journaling or sketching to record the experiences. The grounding visualizations and exercises are very good. They are short and quick but very effective. The section on psychometry is very good. She goes into great detail about the process of traveling with objects and also going within photographs.
There is a section on other types of divination which include omens, various methods of scrying, crystal ball and tea leaf readings, and auras. She explains the different ways a person can experience clairvoyance and provides a detailed list of possible interpretations for visions or sensations. There is a list of questions based on various subjects. She shows how to form good ways to ask questions. The book ends with the ethics and advice for practitioners.
