Originally, I began reading the book, You Are Psychic, by the same author. She referred to the different psychic types and next thing I did was go find the book and take the quiz. There are four types: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual. The author also includes details about each type of intuitive. I found that I fell somewhere in between a mental and physical intuitive.

There are meditations to help the reader connect with their intuitive self. I found these meditations to be very helpful. I appreciated the examples of people that the author worked with to show how the characteristics, personality, strengths, and challenges affected each type of intuitive. If you are interested in improving your intuitive skills, this is a great book.
