What can I say about this book? I loved it! I have been doing papercrafts since 2006. Quilling is my favorite and there are not that many sources outside of the quilling world. When I saw this book, I knew it was for me. I was excited to see origami in the book too since I have always wanted to learn but had been intimidated. The step-by-step instructions made it so easy that I cannot believe it took me this long to learn it. I was blown away by the reconstructed Bauhaus Exercise. It is delicate and detailed but with the instructions, anyone that can use a craft knife can do it.
The author begins the book with the basics of paper – what is it and where to get it. The directions within the book are detailed and easy to follow. The photos are excellent resources so the reader can see exactly what the author means in the instructions. The tools section was one of my favorites. I love gadgets and have drawers full of papercraft tools. That just reminded me, I need to buy more glue sticks.
This book belongs on the shelf of every crafter. It is an excellent reference book that can be used over and over again.
