The Empire Witch (The Coven: School of Magical Arts Novella Book 3)
New year, new magic? A witch can make resolutions, too…right? Psh. First I have to get to the new year. Just when I thought everything was going perfect BOOM. Problems. And not just any problems…missing children problems. One of them is my soulmate’s little cousin, which is bad enough for my anxiety, but the other is a young cousin of the shifter King. Not like that’s a significant detail or anything. Now we’re in a race…

The book begins with Deacon’s niece Amelia running away to find her friend Landy. It is wintertime in New York City and not safe for two young girls to be out on their own. Members of the Coven along with shifter King Koth and some dragons are out looking for them.

The book is written in the first person and shifts from point of view by chapter. This is the third novella in The Coven: School of Magical Arts Novella series. I am amazed at the world Chandelle created. I can visualize the school and see the characters as clearly as if they were sitting in the room with me. If you like Harry Potter or City of Mortal Instruments, you will most likely enjoy this series. I know I am looking forward to the next book, The Cursed Witch.
