This is a beautiful book. The author wrote each chapter with step-by-step instructions. The line drawn sketches are perfect touches.

 

I have been meditating for several years but never get tired of finding new sources. This book is written for all different meditation levels. I had my granddaughter, who is a beginner, read this book too. She said it was very interesting and the instructions were easy to follow.
