This is the first book in the Vine Witch series. The story is written in third person point of view. The story has a steady pace, and the characters are well developed. The story gripped me from the first page and held my interest throughout. I immediately began the second book in the series, The Glamourist. If you like books about magic, you will really enjoy this book.
