What a great little book. There are tips for meditation, mindfulness, and wellness. I love the tips for a staycation, visualization, and massage. This is definitely a book I will be refer to many times when I want to feel good about myself. The colors, drawings, and photos are very relaxing. Although this book is listed for teens and young adults, I recommend it to everyone. There are techniques that would benefit anyone.
