This book should be mandatory reading for high school students and above. The book chronicles the politics throughout the country’s history. It is factual and much is not favorable. I grew up knowing very little of politics. I learned fast to do my own research into candidates, their beliefs, and policies. I was under the impression we are seeing unprecedented times during the last ten years. After reading this book, I realized we have gone through this cycle before. Politics and politicians need to change. There must be a better way.
