Citizens United, Corporations, and Dark Money, that is what’s happening to our elections. After listening to this book, I believe I lived a sheltered life. I knew politics was a shady business, but not to this degree. The idea that so much money can be collected, spent, and not reported is ridiculous. Now I know why politicians are against term limits, If they can get their hands on this dark money, why would they want to leave office.
The writing is captivating. Senator Whitehouse worked across the aisle with Senator John McCain. He shines a light on the dirty side of politics. If you are interested in politics or current events, you may enjoy this book.
