Eden Archer is the daughter of Heinrich Archer, also known as Hades, a serial killer. Although Eden is a police officer, she also takes after her father and kills. Her partner, Frank Bennet, works on the fringe of the law. Together they are going undercover on a case. Hades asks Frank to find out who is watching him. Frank discovers Adam White is the one tracking Hades’ movements. Adam believes Hades killed his aunt back in 1979.
The story jumps back and forth in time. At times it took me a minute to figure out where and when I was in the story. The characters are developed and flawed. It is written in different points of view. If you like psychological thrillers, you may enjoy reading this book.
