As a person who suffered from migraines, I was intrigued by this book. My daughter also suffers with them more so than I did. The author did a thorough job explaining migraines, their symptoms, and the history in terms everyone can understand. She also includes case studies There are photos, charts, and images that help the reader get a better understanding of migraines versus other types of headaches. If you or someone you know suffers from migraines, this is a knowledgeable book to read.
