Jenny Roberts is an FBI counter terrorism agent. She is on administrative leave after a shooting. She decides to leave Washington D.C. and goes to Wisconsin to visit her family. Dana Carlisle finds a discrepancy in the company financial records. She believes her boss, Toby, is stealing funds. She is afraid someone is after her and gets on a train bound for Cincinnati. Mick Constanza works for Mr. Sykes, the owner of a gentlemen’s club. Mick is forced to kill a politician and then goes on the run. All these people are travelling to escape their fate. Instead, they find trouble on the train.
The story has a fast pace and is action packed. The characters are developed. The point of view changes often with Jenny’s voice in the first person and the rest are written in the third person point of view. If you like action-adventure stories, you may enjoy reading this one.
