His uncle had planned an escape route Kira runs but knows the agents are close behind him. He grabs a tree and feels the life experiences it had. Next thing he knows, he wakes briefly and sees an old woman.

The book has a building pace, somewhat developed characters, and it was written in the third person point of view. This is a sold sci fi, fantasy story.
