The book is divided into two parts. Most of the chapters have exercises and meditations or visualizations associated with them.

Part 1: The Yoga by the Stars Approach

Part 2: Yoga and the Zodiac Signs

She includes a guide of the healing potential for each zodiac sign. I was thrilled at the potential for my zodiac sign of Sagittarius and not surprised at all of my husband’s sign of Aries. She provides tips on how to get the most out of the book by following the elements of each chapter. I also like the zodiac wheel and the chakras included in chapter 2.

Each chapter has a powerful affirmation to be repeated while holding a yoga pose. The stick figure poses are precise and easy to follow. What intrigues me about this book is the fact that she combines astrology and yoga together. Although I never thought of the two in the same sentence, the way she presents the information it all works together perfectly. The chapters end with meditation questions.

I have unofficially been doing yoga on and off for more than ten years. I know the poses but lack the drive to practice. My goal for 2021 is to become more connected with the moon and practice more yoga and meditation. I am going to use this book as a guide and record my progress in a journal.
