James meets Zephyr who has the ability to see ghosts. JJ is Zephyr’s mother, but she is a ghost. Together they search for Kenton Dean and the Hidden King. They find a man and woman locked in an abandoned building. The woman believes she is the second coming of Jesus Christ.
The book had a slow pace, the characters were somewhat developed, and it was written in the third person point of view. It did not hold my interest and was difficult to finish.
