It is Christmas time and Molly the maid is living with her boyfriend, Juan Manuel. The two of them still work at the Grand Regency Hotel. One of the gifts he gives Molly is a snow globe of the hotel. There are two young people on the stairs. He asks her if she knows what it means but she is stumped. The mystery revolves around Molly finding the hidden meaning in the snow globe.
The book was not as good as the other Molly the Maid books. I thought this felt flat. Molly did not have the same quirkiness as she does in the full books. It is a quick read and a nice holiday story.
