I am relatively new to baking bread and have had some semi-successful loaves and rolls. This book has 100 no-knead recipes which is right up my alley. The recipes include baguettes, rolls, loaves, and pizza crust. I appreciate the tip that dough can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator. The idea that I can have fresh baked bread any night of the week is a game changer for me.

 

The step-by-step instructions are so easy to follow. I plan on making many things with the simple artisan Dough. It is truly easy to make bread using this technique. I wish I would have found this book sooner so I could have made fresh bread for Thanksgiving. This is an excellent book for anyone that would like to bake bread at home.
