This is a very short book with tips to keep your inbox cleaned out. Unfortunately, many of us tend to keep emails in our inbox and then have to search for things that are important or need attention. I know that I flag things with all intention of going back to read them only to forget about them as times goes by. Now I have an inbox that is full of email I have read but didn’t delete or file in folders and it is out of control. With the tips in this book, I can clean out my inbox and keep it manageable. I find I am also able to read, sort, and delete emails in a more productive manner.

 

The author has an easy-to-understand writing style, She also includes up-to-date tips on her website and provides links within the chapters. If you are someone with an unmanageable inbox, you will benefit from reading this book. Highly recommend!
