The book begins with tips and requirements for the reader to begin working with the book. I love that the author refers to her introduction to an Ikea instruction manual. I have been using a bullet journal for the past five years. This year, I decided to go with a digital journal, and I haven’t looked back. I have gained some ideas from this book and some inspiration to begin writing first thing in the morning to set up my day. If you would like to begin a daily journaling routine, this is a good place to start.
