In the salads section, I cannot wait to try the roasted onion salad and warm chickpea salad in the soups section, I just bought the ingredients for pressure cooking lentils. The recipe for aromatic quinoa in the grains section sounds delicious. Isabel’s cabbage is a kicked-up version of traditional buttered cabbage. She also gives cooking tips and techniques to help cooks prepare the recipes in the book. If you like cooking new recipes, this would be a good book to try.
