The author provides good descriptions of symptoms and potential solutions while going through menopause. I have been menopausal for years. I am glad to know my insomnia, bone loss, and weight gain are common for many women. I was unaware of the different hormonal options. The yam scam was unbelievable. I can attest to the use of gabapentin for hot flashes and sleep in low dosages. She also references many British websites and organizations in her references.
