Hannah Mystic Benson was a psychic used by the police twenty years ago when a 17-year-old Ginny Evans went missing. Her body was never found. Hannah’s clues were “lake, saint, gardenia.” Now five months after Hannah’s death, her niece Drew Benson has inherited her store, Good Vibrations. Nick Campbell, a schoolmate of Drew’s, is now a journalist. He wants to write about Ginny’s disappearance and Hannah’s involvement in the investigation. He asks Drew for any information of Hannah’s she may have. Drew starts to go through the journals and finds there was a fourth word in Hannah’s clue, “Drew.”
The book has a fast pace, the characters are developed, and it is written in the third person point of view. The author does a great job representing the tarot and psychometry. If you are interested in mysteries with a magical twist, you may enjoy reading this book.
